I am so thankful that this trial is almost over. Ever since Michael left Jemail has been in the room much more than before and I can't take it. Its to the point where I have to be listening to music constantly so I can at least pretend I'm alone. Being alone is one thing I have had very little of for the last month and its almost the complete opposite of my normal life. I am very much looking forward to the quiet of my empty house.
As for what happened today there was some interesting thing. My roommate Jesus who is in the bunk below me is leaving tomorrow because the drug is interfearing with his health. I don't know exactly what it is but I do know its related to his ECG, so I can guess his heart isn't beating the way it was when he got here. There is also a girl leaving under the direction of the doctors but I don't know why.
Brett came to visit today and it was great, we talked for a while. We talked a little about that hilarious video he made with the doll and the knife. If you haven't seen it then you need to.
In the afternoon the staff set up a few games of bingo where the prizes were target gift cards for 20 dollars. I didn't win anything, but it was still fun.
The lead over the study who's name is Bhati talked to me today about being in an upcoming study for healthy volunteers that are Caucasian or Japanese. I know the drug is somehow related to Hepatitis C, but I don't know much more yet. It would be 25 days which is close to this studies 28 days and I think it would go from June 28th to July 22nd. I haven't said yes yet because even though it is for 7,700 dollars, I don't know what it might do to me and even though I would get out on the 22nd that's the first day of comic con. Also I would miss a month of summer. When I heard about the study I knew they would want me in it since I'm always on time for my procedures and I'm white so there is that. If I did do that I trial I don't think I would do a daily blog. I think I would change it to every 4 days or something, but for this one I'll continue with the daily post.
