Here's whats up reader(s), I've lost some weight. I don't know for sure how much weight I have lost, but I've gone down a notch in my belt. They will weigh me when I leave so I will know for sure then.
I forgot to mention that the dry cleaners ruined the bill of my MASH hat, so I am going to try and get compensated for that. I feel like they should since it wasn't my choice to have it cleaned. I talked to this one woman who I think is a manager and shes really nice so hopefully they'll work with me.
Yesterday they increased the dose, so I am currently taking six pills a day. Everyday they take my blood pressure and check my heart rate. I usually only look at my blood pressure and don't notice my heart rate, but that changed last week once I saw that it was unusually high. Ever since I started riding my bike I have been checking my heart rate and usually when I am sitting its just above 60 beats per minute. Although when I first noticed my heart rate last week, it was about 80bpm and it has been slightly increasing each day since. Its increased to the point where I currently have a sitting heart rate of just under 100bpm. If a volunteer has a sitting heart rate of over 105 its flagged and a doctor has to monitor them until it goes down. This has happened before to all of the people who have been feeling similar side effects as me. I'm guessing my baseline bpm is lower than everyone else and its just taken a higher dosage to get me close to 105bpm. I don't know what happens if your heart rate doesn't go down, but I'm guessing it involves going to the hospital. Which hasn't happened to anyone yet and I'm certain that I am not going to be the first. Also my ECG is still good so that's reassuring. I'm guessing since we haven't reached the max dosage yet that my bpm will be above 105 at least once during the study. Although I could be wrong since all of the side effects for me have peeked and then dropped as my body adjusted, so maybe this will too.
