second day
Today I got a better handle one what its going to be like here on a daily basis. One of the procedures is called extraction. Which so much cooler sounding than what it actually is. Extraction is just where the monitor that is attached to us uploads to some database periodically throughout the day. Basically we have to stay absolutly still for 5 minutes and that's it. Then the rest of time we just had to lay in a bed with nothing to do until the next extraction for almost the entire day. We had a couple breaks to go to the bathroom and what not but didn't have much time to do anything so this post is going to be brief. The reason we cant do anything is because we have these ECG monitors and the slightest thing can influence them so we just have to lay there. I took that time to go over some ideas for a couple scripts. I even started working out a shot list for one of the shorts I think I have figured out.
