Today was long and its still not over. We still have procedures a couple times tonight, not looking forward to that. Alright so while I've been here I haven't been sleeping that well so I have been really groggy and I just thought it was being away from my bed. Today it seems to have really caught up with me. Anyway I told the doctor and she said the drug can suppress REM with some people entirely. Which would explain why I haven't remembered my dreams when I usually do and it's because I'm not. If that's what is happening with me then I'm looking forward to what is called REM rebound when you get off the drug and you get crazy dreams.
So about Jamail, they had no clue and his tests were normal. Although they might find it in his blood further down the line which will be bad for the clinics credibility. While I'm talking about my roommates, I should mention that they are crazy. Not really its just as time goes by the culture gap between me and my roommates becomes more clear. For example they all believe in every conspiracy theory and I just sit their on my computer pretending like I don't hear them because I don't want to join in the conversation. Also the youngest one Michael refers to me and calls me the n word which is a first, he calls everyone that regardless of color. He's from Kansas City so maybe that's common there. I asked him today which was his favorite Gates or Bryant's and he just looks at me really surprised. He said they're both really good but he likes Gates more. I did want to have a local opinion on the BBQ but more than that I knew he would look at me different knowing that I've been to his home town. I think that's it, Jesus did tell some crazy stories about his childhood but I'll save that for later.
